Emergency Care

Having an eye emergency can be scary and sometimes painful.

Most eye emergencies are described as either of the following two scenarios.

#1: A sudden change to your vision. Which can include: flashing lights, dramatic increase in floaters, curtain over your vision, distortion in your vision, double vision, mission spot of your vision, or anything else abnormal, new, or sudden.

#2: A sudden and dramatic change in the comfort of your eye. This can be related to traumatic injury, significant infection, or may not immediately have a known cause.

If either of these situations are something you are experiencing please contact our office right away and we will do our best to see you quickly.

Throughout our normal business hours (Mon-Fri 9a-5pm) we do our best to keep appointment slots open so that we can fit you in for urgent care.

After business hours, please call our office phone number (435-723-2144) and follow the prompts to be connected with a doctor directly. We will do our best to meet your needs.
